Basicaly - these are video recruitement ads. I collaborated with a vendor, DMC,in shaping the look and feel of their product. The main concern here was getting the maximum number of listings exposure on the home page without maximizing use of real estate or corrupting the already existing design. Scrolling text was provided by the vendor in flash format [not sure why flash was chosen here]. A simple rounded corner css widget with a background color is placed around the scrolling text. the result is a widget that speaks audibly and clearly, but that does not over power the page. Working within an already established / refined look / feel / style guide is one of my specialities.
